We loved the location of the hotel, with ski slopes just a short walk away. The breakfast was fabulous with amazing variety, and the friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The hotel facilities were clean, and the parking was convenient near our room.

The staff was friendly, the beds comfortable and the breakfast rich, fresh and tasty. Very short distances to the cross-country ski run and slope.

The extra beds that can be booked are not really suitable for tall adults. The sauna lacks a thermometer and a (sand) clock.

The accommodations and amenities here were excellent, the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable, and we had a great time at this property.

Near a couple good dayhikes. The buffet was quite good.

The single room bed had a good width. Good size otherwise in the room. Friendly and flexible staff.

I received a room next to an elevator that seemed to be under construction. Not a pleasant thing to see on the way to the room. It also seemed like I was automatically assigned a wake up call, where the tv from the stone age suddenly turned on by itself. Not that it would make a difference, because the noise from the stair halls where someone vacumed 7am in the morning and the people walking down the stairs throughout the night was disturbing enough to challenge any sleep.. not really the best experience. Half of the room (window-side) never became warm enough, although I turned the heat to max.The dinner was also expensive, as they only had set menu.

Great skiing and spa facilities with plenty of options. The location offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside and was easily accessible by car. The hotel restaurant had delicious food options and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

Some areas of the hotel could use some updates and modernization. The decor seemed a bit outdated and there were a few small issues with cleanliness in our room.

This secluded hotel location provides easy access to both cross country and alpine ski slopes. the spacious rooms have cozy decorations, complemented by a comfortable sitting area and a table. Bathrooms have heated floors to make them more tolerable. Breakfast offers fresh smoothies and pancakes. There is an in-house spa to relax after skiing.

The staff’s service attitude lacks warmth as per guest experience.
